divorce property

(colo) my daughter's teacher was served with a divorce notice. His wife moved out two years ago. He doesn't want a divorce. She wants property sold and alimony. The child has lived with the father and he wants to keep child and house. What's his options. Please help.

There's not enough information in your post. Therefore, with such sparse information, I can only say that he has the option of hiring an attorney, or the choice of defaulting on the Petition.
