my husband was served his papers on 2-05-01, if he does not respond in the time allowed, it goes into default, what does that mean?
if he does respond, do i file motion to set, what does that mean?
when does the property get discussed in preparation for the judge to make a decision?
do we see a mediator to make an offer and then the mediator takes it to the judge before a court date is scheduled?
now if it goes into default or motion to set, how does the property issue get resolved?
what are the exact steps?
