i'm recently divorced, but our house is still an outstanding issue. I agreeded to quitclaim the house because i was told the appraisal was low (no equity). Now my ex is refinancing the house to get my name off the loan (before i quitclaim) the appraisal has 90k equity. Do I have a case to not sign the quitclaim without being compensated?? sickofitall/california
