I live in the state of VA and I was wondering what are my rights when it comes to divorce. I left my husband after only 3 weeks of marriage he became a different person in such a short time. I was wondering if alimony could be rewarded since he was the sole provider during the marriage. Also what are the laws for debts during divorce.

You will not get any alimony. If you have incured debt then it should be split/shared/asset sold to repay etc..
