What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Ohio

My wife recently left me and took my two children with her. She now lives with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend constantly sends me harrassing texts onhis cell phone and interferes with my communications with my daughter by taking her phone away.

Have you filed for divorce yet? Do you have any custody orders in place?

File for divorce with temporary orders AND a no paramour order -- which means the fricking adulterous lover is not around the minor child until the divorce is final. If you fight the divorce that could mean at least a year. :)

Too bad Ohio doesn't allow alienation of affection suits. There are some times when it would be very appropriate.
