A nearly over Ohio divorce awards my "ex" with a fair share of the house and $918 out of my retirement. After refinancing, that $918 and additional mortagage costs leave me nearly $1200 short each month, $650 short if i file bankrupcy. Can the court force one party into bankrupcy and abject poverty? I am retired and already working a 32 hr./week job to try make ends meet. Do I have any recourse?
Where do I turn? How do I survive?
