I filed for divorce in 2011 and have an agreement with my ex husband. We both no longer live in California and he stopped paying spousal support in July 2024. How do I go about having the agreement honored in CA and also closing the case? I now live in Las Vegas, NV and my ex husband now remarried lives in Florida.

Showing open where?

An online search of the docket?

Your "agreement" may be meaningless if the final decree wasn't entered into the court records.

You might not even be divorced.

What do you mean by "having the agreement honored in CA"?

Do you mean having the divorce recognized by the state of CA, or do you mean some other part of the agreement such as spousal support or division of property?
