I wasnt sure where to put this. My ex is a pain but thats another story!

My ex has my kids on medicaid or CHIP. I recently took new job with full time benefits but she refused to let me add them. Is this legal for her to do since I provided $1000/month child support and could supply their health care. Can she still let them stay on state funded health insurance or where can I go to find out more as I do not wanna get in trouble for this but Id like to have them added on if possible.

Why did you ask your ex's permission? Why didn't you JUST ADD THEM! They are your children.
