Live in Wisconsin daughter is filing for divorce. She has one child from a previous relationship but no kids with the husband. Does she file with or without minor kids ?

She should speak to a local attorney. If she has questions, she should log on to ask them herself.

To answer your questions, if her husband is not the father (legally or biologically) of her child, then there are no children of the marriage.
