Divorce with spouse in another state.

I'm in pa and my spouse is in Florida she filled out divorce papers there and is sending them to pa. She told me I need to get a form in pa that says I do not contest divorce and there are no assets or kids involved. I'm to fill out paper in front of notary and send it back certified with the papers she sent me .I'm confused on what the form is I need to fill out in pa or why it's not in paper work she sending me .
