I live in New York, spouse is charging me with abondonment of marriage, he kicked me out!.He filed for divorce 2mos. afterwards, now he trying to take our house away, that my parents contributed to heavily. Isn/t the law of marital property in NY 50/50. He wants to give me half of equity in house (3yrs. old) and be on my way. Also wants me to sign off on mortgage and deed to house...Help
