I want to know if the court order for my divorce, is not fulfilled by the specified date, does that make it null and void? Also;My lawyer stated to another lawyer " I am charging Mrs.""""" - $45.00 an hour, yet when I received my bill/charges from my lawyer; He charged me $100.00 per hour, needless to say that It was " A LOT" . My question is , Can he do this and if not, how do I take an action against him. This divorce was done in Tennessee. I have not received or signed any divorce papers as of yet, and my legal /name change was not written in my divorce as well. Does my lawyer have to "write this in?, and have it signed by the judge and if so . Who has to pay for that or is it supposed to be included in the "fee"? Thank you for your time................ ;-) Please respond to me at my e-mail address.
