If your husband gets a vasectomy, and you do not agree with it can it be grounds for a divorce?

My response:

All States are either "No-Fault" or "No-Fault / Fault". Since you failed to tell us your State name, I don't know which laws to tell you about.

However, I can tell you that you don't need "grounds" in any State, necessarily. You can merely file for a dissolution of the marriage on "grounds" of Irreconcilable Differences.

The only time you would use a "Fault" ground for divorce is if you really want a long, protracted, and expensive, fight. Otherwise, use your States' "No-Fault" laws, and be done with it - - if divorce is what you really want to do.
