Pre-trial judge made a recommendation for a settlement. Lawyer advising client to take offer which is less than 50% of inherited income. Offer is aproximately 29% by way of a step down percentage, for life. Wife is 60 years old. Can produce sworned affedavits attesting to involvment in business where wife was not on the payroll,but did actively participate. Proposal includes a 40% particpation for thiry year old daughter from husbands estate if he were to pre-desease wife,and a 25% share in alimoney that wife would receive if she were to pre-desease him. Thirty three year marriage. State-CT
