Once a divorce is finalized are the terms of the divorce able to be renegotiated due to extenuating circumstances. I reside in the state of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania law presided in the divorce.

My response:

If there are extreme changes in circumstances, then yes. There must be something far more than, "Your honor, I just think I was cheated", or "You know, after I thought about it, I really need more money."

Talk to your attorney for an opinion concerning your "extenuating circumstances" to see whether it's possible.
