I live in Florida. My husband moved up north with his exwife. Never told me he wasn't coming back. I have decided to keep the house in Florida (it is in his name). He forged my name on a document while purchasing his house up north. He stated that I was his tenant and paid rent to him in Florida. So he out-and-out lied about that as well. Any recourse I can take for him signing my name. Is he responsible for this mortgage in Florida. Also, he collects a pension check from the City of Pittsburgh. He started to collect this in 1994. We were married in 1992. He left me in 2000. Any chance of me collecting part of his pension? Thank you.
