You definitely need to give more info.

Win what? The kids? Getting her to stop w/the arrests?

What were the arrests for?

Are there property, custody issues here?

More info, please.

The kids are hers, so there is no issue with that at all.
No custody battle just property.
I was arrested for terroist threats/harassment these charges were false. She was the one to contact me. I took a plea under a public defenders advice because I am a first offender, so this would be wiped off my record after probation. She then filed a PFA and sent it to the wrong address. I didn't show up for the hearing so the case went into default. Now I pay her spousal support and had to turn over the other car keys. There is more but I really could go on and on. Don't want to hog the board up. The one thing that I can say is I can prove that she is/was co-habiting with another man, if that helps my chances of not paying anymore support.

You can get a restraining order to get her to stop harassing you. You can get that as part of the dissolution proceedings, so that you don't have to pay an extra filing fee for that.

You need an attorney, Mister Stopthemadness. In fact, you can't afford NOT to have one.

Ask some friends about whether they have an attorney they would recommend. If not, you can go to family court and watch attorneys in action. If you see someone whose work you like, ask for a card and try to retain that person. Otherwise, you can call the bar association in your state and get some referrals for family law practitioners.

Best o' luck!
