applying for a divorce

Well Ms. Smith I'm no lawyer but I'll see what I can do. 1st it would be good to know your husbands address. then You have two choices. 1: you can find a paralegal and have them prepare all the documentation for your divorce. or 2: See a lawyer in SD and begin the process. Be sure to tell either one you choose that you stress not getting any support for the child. If you don't the judge may award it anyhow.

Good Luck

The process of filing for a divorce with out knowing the location of your soon to be ex is complicated. I would recommend either tracking him down or hiring an attorney. It should run you about $1500.
