i am getting divorced in pennsylvania. how do i find out what my husbands salary and benefits are? i have been seperated from him for 3 years. can i call his employer or should my lawyer?

My response:

You do nothing unless your lawyer directs you to do something. Your lawyer is very familiar with Family Law, and will do all that is necessary for you in your case. Sit back, take it easy, and go along for the ride.
