In Pennsylvania, if a person does not respond to the initial divorce complaint within 20 days, does the Plantiff have the right to all marital property?

My response:

No. You need to go to court and file and serve the proper "Default" paperwork. When your "Default Hearing" is held, then the judge will make the appropriate orders.
