I live in Florida and thinking about leaving my husband. We have a home and I really don't want the house or much of whats in it. He gets Social Security disability and I work. I don't make much more that he gets in SS. My question is..Will I end up having to pay him alimony if I just leave and give him everything? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
