What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hawaii

My ex has filed for divorce about a year and a half ago, and i have been in and out of different living areangments and I have not been served any papers. What do I need to do to get my divorce moving along?

What if I cannot afford an attorney? It basically is an uncontested divorce, we have no community property, we do have minor children that a support order and custody arrangments have already been made. Is there anything else I can do on my own?
