3 questions from Mississippi

I have been separated for 10 1/2 months and have maintained all of the bills. Now after my ex to be backing out of the final settlement offer, I gave her her car note. It has not been paid for the past 1 1/2 months. If the car is repossessed, will I be held liable to furnish her a car and alimony, or just one of the two?

I started seeing someone a few weeks after my separation and began living with them about 4 months later. My ex knows this and is refusing to sign and having her attorney delay the divorce proceedings. I made a settlement offer that included $350/month alimony for 42 months, $660/month child support(2 kids), temporary use of a family owned house, all household possessions, one of the 2 four wheelers and the only land asset(1 acre) that we owned. She agreed and then backed out, stating that she wants alimony and car payment. What is your advice on my situation? My attorney is not pushing this divorce through.

I also gave her a credit card debt for a card in which she forged my name. I had no knowledge of this card until after the separation. I have not paid it since she backed out of the settlement. Can I press charges against her or do I just turn it over to the credit card company?

The first two: talk to another attorney. http://www.attorneypages.com

The last one: talk to the same attorney you will find and then see if it is better to turn it over to credit card company. But how do I say this? The longer you don't inform the company, the less likely they will freeze the account. Tell them your sig was forged.
