i live georgia and i have been divorced for about 2 1/2 yrs. my ex and i purchased a home together i let him have the house because i did not want to fight about it and he was supposed to do a quit claim and never did it. my name is still on the deed and i am financially responsible. what legal options do i have to get him to do what needs to be done to get my name off the deed because he has not done it voluntarily?

Take him to court and force the change.. or the sale of the house.
