Hi,I am from Illinois, I am in the middle of a divorce case and my lawyer does not seem like he is doing anything for me, is there anyway that i can get a new attorney and if i do will i have to pay another retainer fee, over the weekend my husband pushed me down and i contacted my lawyer and he never returned my call so i called back, it turns out, my husband does not pay for nothing except the mortgage, i am paying daycare costs for 2 kids, groceries, ,my car pament all the utility bills so when i pay all of this i have nothing left, and he is trying to rub it in that he can't do nothing because i need to send in some money, but how can I. i have to claim bankruptcy because of all this and i have nothing. And then he said that if i move out there is a chance that i have to move without my children, but my husband is never home how can he take care of them i need some help.
