my wife and i signed an agreement with my father in law about 5 years ago, which states, after his death we will pay his 4 sons a total of $108,000.00 for the farm property that is 82 acres, house and barn. a few months later he signed the deed over to us, but kept life residentcy here. 2.5 years ago i found out my wife was seeing someone. so we separated. she moved to another town and her boyfriend stayed with her for about a year. they had problems and she decided to move home. i talked to a lawyer about this and he told me i couldn't keep her out. shes been back since last july and hasn't payed a bill since we first separated. she has been living here, she sleeps in one room and i sleep in another. her father lives here also. he is disabled and retired. in the 5 years that we lived here we have a large payment on items to fix up property. $1150. a month for about 7 more years. i took care of father in law while she was gone, cooking and cleaning. i want to keep the farm but she will not sign off or give me a settlement price. she wants me to move out and pay the bills. she is still seeing her boyfriend and living here.

is there anything i can do? i don't want to ruin my credit by just stopping payments. but she reminds me that half of everything here is hers.is she right. do i have any rights??
