Is there a court order in place to this effect? If so, either take him to court for contempt.. or a cheaper option would be to pay the bills, and then haul his ass into Small Claims Court. With the court order and bills in hand, you will get a judgement in your favor..
No there is no court order in effect. Our court date is in August and I have been paying the bills here at the house where the kids and I live. Also do you know if you can get alimony in Oklahoma.
