I seperated from my ex 6 years ago in 1995, since then my ex filed for a divorce almost two years ago. we settled on the house
she paid me my half (i paid it off 3 years ago). We went through
custudy hearings and i have two of the four children. Since she
has filed , she ran out of money and did not pay off her attorney.
I am going through all kinds of liver problems and my health is not well, I believe she is stalling so that i may not remarry. I have
been with my current girlfriend for four years ,and do not want
my ex to recieve all of my disabled veterens benifits.what can i do
seeing that i do not contest the divorce?
