I am from Michigan and I was divorce 2 years ago. I was under alot of stress at the time and didn't receive much settlement as my ex hired the attorney and I didn't get any of his retirement or anything. Can I take him back for anything that we hid from me?

My response:

Yes, but Small Claims court does not have jurisdiction to hear Family Law matters. You'll need to file a complaint for Fraud and Perjury - - if you have rock-solid proof - - in the same court that rendered your divorce decree. That court has the file, and both of your Income and Expense Declarations. With your proof, the court can immediately determine if he lied under oath.
