I obtained a divorce 2 years ago, in Clearwater, Florida, from a man that fathered 2 children with me before we were married. We didn't claim the children during the divorce. His name was never added to the birth certificates for the kids. Can I go after child support now or is it too late? And, will this nullify my divorce, due to the fact that they were not claimed in the divorce papers 2 years ago??

No they won't nullify your divorce. Come on.

As to your kids' child support, get a lawyer and have them claimed. You will get the support as long as he acted as their dad (held himself out to be the father in public).
