Texas/Tarrant County -What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

1. Mother refuses to keep me/dad informed of my children's medical situations. Daughter are seeing counselors and will not inform me of their progress/ numbers location to reach doctors.

2. Refuses to add me to the medical documentation as the father so I can infer to their needs and what is happening with regards to medical.

3. Refused to put me on has father so I had access to my kids at school.

Other:
- filed a bogus law suit that my attorney agreed to. Am I obligated to this motion, is there a way I can demonstrate to the judge nothing is factual about the motion?

- They (can only speculate on who) files a false report with CSP.

- We still own the mineral rights to the house we had, I am informed a company did distribute money for mineral rights, would like to know if she received this money.

- Seems to live above her ability to pay, can I ask for her to disclose her income sources?

- Would like to change possession agreement.

- Cannot afford an attorney, mother does anything and everything to make co-parenting difficult if not impossible.

You are going to have to address all of those issues in court. If you cannot afford an attorney you will need to learn the court procedures and get the necessary forms (from the courthouse) to file yourself.
