IL I would like to know if there is a way to obtain a divorce without cost from my husband who was convicted of three felony charges stemming from sexual abuse of his sister. He is currently serving 12 years for these offenses. I don't feel I should have to pay for a divorce from this monster.

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

And whom do you think should pay ? The State ? Some attorney ?

No one is going to pay for your divorce. No one is going to do work for free to give you a divorce. Simple as that. All because you married a criminal and used poor judgment, doesn't mean that someone owes you something for free.

If you want to try it on your own, then your local bookstore has some good books on the subject. Buy one.
