What is the name of your state? CT.

Married an immigrant on a k-3 visa- adjustment of status filed but not granted. Married total of 2 years, but she was out of country 10 months during that 2 yrs. She wants out- will the divorce filing nullify her status? No kids.

Her status is temporary and is based on your I-130. If you withdraw that petition before it is executed, I imagine she'd have a hard time concluding her residency application based on marriage to you.
