Divorcing & getting property in my name

I live in Indiana. My husband and I have been seperated for a year. I have been paying the bills for 2 houses we own jointly. He does not want anything out of either of these houses. We are preparing to file for divorce. My question is this: Since I want these houses and he doesn't, is it a simple court order to get them put into my name only? Or will I have to refinance them?
