I live in New York state which makes it hard to get a divorce. I have been separated form my wife for alost 2 years now. I have filed for divorce, however my wife is refusing to give it to me

I recently moved to New Jersey and have only been residing there but one month. I know that NJ allows for uncontested divorce. The only settlement issue that I would like my wife to agree to is that I am requesting 20,000 from the purchase of our house. This is the only reason why she is not willing to give me the divorce. she states that she doesn't have the money and from this I gather that she doesn't want to sell the house. What is your advice?

How long do I have to wait before filing a divorce in New Jersey and will she be forced to sell the house if she is not willing to agree to the house settlement?

Thank you
