State of Virginia. I want to attempt to do a do-it-yourself divorce from my spouse. We have been separated almost 5 years now. We have one teenage child together and there is a custody order that was put in place when we separated. My problem is that I do not have an address for her. I was told I needed her information in order to file for divorce.

I suggest that you track her down and ask her to cooperate with a divorce...if you have had no contact with her in 5 years how do you know that she hasn't divorced you already?

Custody orders give you visitations ?

Custody order Joint Legal ?

Child support order?

Any move away clauses?

If so, what have you done these past years to enforce them ?

Child find of America. Look them up.

Long shot , If you live in the same State, file a modification with any contempts there might be and ask the Judge to sign a FPLS . Again look it up.
