Thank you for your response......however there is one thing i have to say that i forgot to mention before....that I have two dogs. The one is a lab and a big puppy....there were two incidences with him in april 2000 & Sept 2000 where someone came on my property in which i rent and my dogs were on cables and were worned to step away from the dogs only cause the dogs didn't know them and he bit them once. As I said these were two seperate incidences and we didn't have to remove the dogs then. & now the landlords are just trying to be spiteful. They already started an eviction on Monday because i am 7 days late with rent so that is why I had the nerve to call the township on them. Now that I explained a little more do they have the right to tell me to get rid of my dogs immediately? or call humane society or animal control. Please need answer so I know how to handle tomorrow. Thanks and I like your style

This is interesting.

You never said if you had permission to have the dogs.

What do you say about this, djdj?
I think your style is interesting, too.

Absolutly NOT....the landlord must evict the dogs in court too!

YES think about it.......if you violated the lease by having dogs the landlord must give you some notice to cure the violation, say 10 days then if you dont he can start eviction proceedings...so he has to evict the dogs in a court of law and WIN!

Any kind of self help is ILLEGAL, and can subject the landlord to fines, triple damagees and maybe being arrested.

So if he calls the humane society then call the police on him, time to put this dumbassss redneck in jail.

thank you djdj

Thank you for your quick response. I will update you if they come here for my dogs. Thanks again I really appreciate it. These people think because they own the property that they can do whatever they want to anyone here. And I am really tired of the harassment.
