What is the name of your state? Nevada

I was recently served with a temporary protection order from my boyfriends ex-girlfriend stating that I was behind an inciident of arson to her vehicles. She also lied in her statement that I send people into her sister-in-laws work to threaten her. I have to go to a hearing on November 9th regarding this. I had absolutely nothing to do with this incident nor did I even know about it until I was served with the TPO papers. I have not been criminally investigated or even questioned by authorities about this incident. Since the TPO is a public record do I have a case for defamation of character or do I just wait and see how the judge rules? I have filed a TPO back on her for trying to frame me for this and continually trespassing on my property. What is the name of your state?
