went in Feb for Lasik surgery, but procedure was halted because of an incorrect cornea cut that created a Button-hole cut in the center of the cornea. for several weeks I could not see well out of my right eye with contacts or glasses due to the healing of the scar- now, 4 months later, my vision is still worse in my right eye than before the "procedure". my glasses prescription (which I just got about 3 months prior to surgery) is no longer adequate. do I have a case for any compensation? I have never taken a case to court before, but this has been a stressful situation. I had to go to the doctors at least twice a week for the first month afterwards and several times a month since. Lasik is no longer an option- at least for the right eye. they told me I could get PRK, but I dont think I want to attempt any more surgeries!

Tammy, get an appointment with a personal injury lawyer who specializes in medical malpractice.

The lawyer will evaluate your case.

The case sounds good to me, but remember: I thought OJ was guilty!
