Hello...
I was living in Las Vegas and for two and a half years where I kept having problems with break through bleeding while on the pill. My doctor just kept switching pills. Never anything more than that. I went from pills that made me throw up, to pills that just ruined my complexion, I at one point was rushed to emergency because of the bleeding, they said all I needed was hormonal therapy. ???? (go figure)
Upon moving back to California last May, once I got a job and my health benefits started I immediately went to the doctor here...at the first appt. she automatically did a biopsy, blood tests etc(what they didn't do in Vegas) only to find that I had something in there from when I had my daughter almost 3 years before.
After a couple of months of the same thing..she finally did a d&c and hysteroscopy and after a couple of months I am fine and back to normal. Which in Vegas, all they were saying was that I probably had CANCER.
I feel like they didn't do their job in Las Vegas...Is there anything I can do about this or should I just let it go and be glad that God BLESSED me with a compitent doctor at last....
Thanks so much for your help...:D

The law will "think" you do not have any damages.
Suffering for over 2 years with bleeding when there are other means of contraception available was your choice. You may have had some retained placental tissue. But that is just a guess. I doubt you had cancer.
Your health is good now so just move on. Good luck.
