Hi everyone,
I was wondering If a have a case in this matter and if I should take it to court. The situation is as follows:
I am enrolled in an on-line school. Since I have started with this school the communication has been really bad on there side. I have gone through so much with this school all ready. The situation that I am considering taking to court happened a couple of months ago at the end of a class. The final project for the class was a power point presentation. When I posted the presentation on the day it was due, for some reason the teacher could not open it. He stated the reason was because it wasn_t the right format. So to make a long story short after talking to the teacher and my consular and trying to repost the project and contacting tech support, and tech support being able to open it and confirmed on my computer that it was saved correctly in the right format. The tech support also told me that a teacher should be able to open this paper. I passed the information on to the teacher from tech. The teacher failed me for the class because of this situation. My counselor and I put through two grade grievances to try to get this corrected. Even after writing a page long of information and provided them with pictures of all the post, someone from the school wrote me after a month to say the grade was final and the case was closed because of their policy. Since this went through financial aid, I now have to pay for this. Its been a mess for the last month or two trying to figure this out. Is this worth taking to court and do I have a case?

Thank you for reading, any advise would be great!
