What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? district of columbia
i am attending a vocational nursing school in dc. i finished in march and went in may to do the exit exam. on the day of the exam couple of us have finished and 1o mins to the finishing time. All the computers were shut down and the owner claimed that the server was down. and we said that we that we have finished should be able to get our results but he said no that everything is gone. two days later he called all 8 of us that finished early that he heard that we have bought the exam and that is why he shut down the server that the exam was actually a setup for us. and further alleged us of hacking into his system to see this exam and that we passed well. all this was not true. so therefore he said he is going to do investigation and it will take 6 months to 1 year and he allowed the rest of the student to take the exam again. this is not the first time he will do such a thing by wasting student time and making allegations that students are buyng question.

i don't know. is there harm in reading a past questions.
Well, if you bought or somehow acquired the past exams, and used the answers with which to cheat, then he will find that you did cheat, and he was justified in stopping your exam. There is a difference between studying for an exam, and cheating on an exam.
