If improper information is given by a non profit counseling agency and not controlled by a gov. agency, do I have the right to take them to court when they give out bad or wrong info to and ex spouse and then that is relayed to the other and sets of chain of events that caused a lot of problems.

You sound like an attorney being deposed;...... improper information?.......bad or wrong info? .....chain of events?.........caused a lot of problems? Yes, you said a lot but said nothing substantial or of substance.
