AZ Im just curious about how it works in other states. I'm in Arizona and when I contacted DCSE to try and get my caseworkers number(had a new lead on 10 yr deadbeat) they wouldn't give me a name or number. They said I had to go in. Which I did but they blew my chance of collecting by dragging their feet once again.

Unless you have your case ID #, they SHOULDN'T give you any info over the phone. In Texas, if you don't have your CID, they will mail you the info requested or you can go in person. It insures that the wrong person won't end up with the case specifics (like the other party).
