I have just recieved a legal eviction notice. I am required to reply using a legal form, but I don't know where to get this form. Also I don't think the eviction is legal because I was only given a 3 day notice to move out not a 30 day notice. I am not behind on the rent and I am not a bad tenant. The reason I'm being evicted is because, my brother(lives with me) and I had our fiances and his new born daughter move in with us. When I spoke to the manager I infromed him that I had no problem with moving out and that we would move out 30 after he gave us the 3 day notice to kick out our fiances and the baby. This was not good enough for him. He wanted us out in 3 days and thats when I told him that was not accpetable. Do you think I have a case? Im not looking to benefit, all I wanted was the 30 days and I am not trying to stay without paying rent.
