do i have a worker's comp case

What is the name of your state? pa. but case is in ****land. Was working for a small co. got hurt on Aug 15,2005 boss got pissed and did not hand in a injury report for that injury. then again on Dec !,2005 got hurt again doing the samething . Now it was handed in to worker's comp but they are working very fast on approving this claim. i had MRI done and there a 9 disc that are bulging one that is pertruding on right side and one that they called schmorl's defect do i have a workers comp case or are they going to blow me off because 9 of the disc's are degenaration of the disc ?

Why don't you go find a WC attorney in your area and ask him if you have a case or not. It doesn't cost you anything to get a WC attorney because they are paid through WC system if you have a case.

Get a Worker's comp atty in the state where the injury occred, not where you currently live. Do they know that your previous injury was not reported as w/c injury? Did you seek medical attention at all?

Md. it was reported to employor but he did not report injury to his ins co. and no i did not go to doctor because did not get a comp claim number from employer, and doctors here will not see you without one. WC is saying they are not paying anything and are refusing the claim now

If you were hurt that bad why did'nt you go to the ER when injury occured.
On another note, did you file a incident report when you were injured? not your boss but you..

i filled out anaccident report that he was to send or fax to wc ins but he never filed it with them i only found lthis out after the second time i was hurt in the same place mid and lower back
