Do I have any legal recourse?

Situation:

My fiancee and I lived together for 5 years and was living at his moms house when we broke up. We had a pretty rocky relationship and was always breaking up and getting back together. At the end tho, his mom somehow got involved and I became the scapegoat. She threatened me with bodily harm. It really came out of no where and my ex was even shocked. I let him smooth things over but I was scared to be in the house alone with her. So, a few weeks after her threat, I told her directly that although this was her house, she had no right to threaten me. I told her I wouldn't be scared in my own home. She started yelling threats again. She grabbed me and tried to drag me. I'm stronger than she is so it came as a surprise but I'm not about to try to hurt another person. After I removed her hands from me, she did it again and when I got out of it, she started for her bedroom, in which, I was told, she has a loaded gun, safety off. Anyways, one thing led to another and I finally decided that I had to call the police because she was off the hook.

Technicalities:

My fiancee actually owns 1/3 of the house so its as much his as it is hers.

The police officer personally knew her. Instead of remaining professional, the police officer talked down to me, continuously interrupted me, and often told me that what I said isn't what really happened. I had no idea she was friends with that particular police officer until later that night.

I pressed charges against the mom but, its been almost 3 weeks and the police officer has yet to produce his report. The clerks at the district attorneys office are surprised the police officer is taking so long.

The police officer told her that, under the circumstances, I had established residency and was a tenant, which required a 30 day move out notice. But he also gave her instruction on how to kick me out in 3 days, whether or not I had all my things packed. In order to secure my safety, I moved out the next day with the help of movers

Do I have any legal recourse against the mom or my fiancee? I'm more than angry. The eve I was physically assaulted, I was so upset and scared for my physical well being. I've also incurred some serious expenses for having to move out so suddenly.

I also just found out that I'm 10 weeks pregnant and the baby is definitely his.

You have no legal recourse financially against mom or fiancee for this situation. As for your pregnancy, legally the baby is not his. The baby is only legally yours until he establishes paternity.
