do i have case against hotel/resort.????

Me and my wife went on a honeymoon to a big resort. When we got there they told us our room was being maintanced and they were putting us in a bigger room. We went to the room and filled the hot tub and drank shampane. after about 15 minutes becouse the tub was on a timer we decide to get out and go check out the resort some. I was drying out the tub with a towel to cleane it and noticed the jets on the tub were all black and moldy and dirty. I then pulled hair out of the inlet and it apeared to have human sperm on it it grossed me and my wife out i was so discusded i took out my video camera and taped all of this along with pulling more hair out and more of the what i think is sperm i actually kept the evidince in a paper towel and plastic bag.


needless to say i complained and they basically at first did nothing for 4 or 5 hours then i complained again and they finally switched my room. It didnt matter much to me and my wife becouse we were not going to get in onother hot tub there she didnt even want to get in the shower for fear it was going to be the same way.i and my wife are devistaded and it ruined my honeymoon i can never get that time back it sucks so what i want to know is if i have some kind of case against the resort i and my wife are still very upset about this. She basically wouldnt even think of having sex in the bed or the whole room for that matter we waited till we got home

Thank you for not being ignorent like other members i wanted to know what i should do about this matter. The other members dont uderstand that this ruined my honeymoon and im not rich so i dont have the money to go on one at this time or anytime in the near future my wife didnt even want to sleep in the room but i didnt want to leave i tried to make the best of it. This is a ceasers resort and should have been inspected and cleaned before the room was givin to me please some advice if posible thank you.

I just don't think you get anything for having a dirty room.

If you could, then I would have gotten a lot of money in my lifetime!

Ask the offending party for a free one night stay somewhere.
