What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? I work in Iowa, but for the Postal Service. I have a permanent back injury and they are not scheduling me to work, and have not since November, 2003. Do I qualify for any reasonable accommodation or disability law. I have worked for them since September, 1988. I have an attorney working on my work comp case, but that does not get me back to work. I have lifting, bending, twisting restrictions, as well as shorter work day (6 hr). All I really want to do is go back to work.
