Quick question...... I recently won custody of my 3 year old daughter. Her mother is moving to Florida and leaving her. The court is giving her visitation of 2 months every summer. I heard her mother telling her cousin over the phone that during this visitation, she will be telling our daughter "how terrible her father is". I belive this is abuse called PAS. Is this a hopeless situation or is there any legal way for me to prove it if it does happen? If proven, what usually are the repercussions of this?

I would check your order and see if it states anything regarding any parent talking derogatory about the other parent to the child or in the vicnity of the child. Unfortunately, it's common sense to us smart people. But, nowadays this kind of language that makes everyone else with a brain say "duh!" is needed.

If it's not, then add the language and if necessary, get a statement from the relative who heard this.
